Absolutely phenomenal experience was had by our entire party. Beautifully kept grounds.... clean facilities and great rental cabins, wagons, and rvs. We had our own RV and stayed in a premium rv spot. 50 amp service. The staff was awesome to say the least. Gated dog park...Beautiful river with a nice community gazebo and chairs if you don't rent a river site. Very relaxing and easy laid back campground. Driveway is kind of steep but easy to do...We did pumpkin carving and had a wine and cheese activity.
Fun long weekend get-away. All staff that we met were very friendly and helpful, the campsite where the RV is located is not huge but the way they space everything there is actually enough privacy and views for everyone to enjoy. We were in the Montana because we wanted something that had air conditioning and private bathroom, it was July 4th weekend so deluxe cabins were sold out but the RV was available. Once there we saw the public bathrooms were actually not far and clean so could be an option but perk of private bathroom in the middle of the night rain storm you don't have to get soaked running to the bathroom. Montana sits in a great location, you're right in front of the river and very close access to get into the river if you want to tube or just cool off. Amenities supplied
They Promised Us a Spot — Then Left Us Stranded and Treated Us Like a Nuisance Absolutely awful experience. We called ahead and were clearly told there was a place available for us to camp. We confirmed it on the phone — everything sounded fine. We packed up, drove out with our gear, and were honestly looking forward to a relaxing weekend. But when we arrived? Suddenly, they were “out of places” and acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. No apology. No help. Just cold stares and a seriously bad attitude, like we were the ones inconveniencing them by showing up after doing exactly what they told us to do. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely unbothered by the fact that they ruined our plans. Not even an attempt to fix the situation or offer an alternative — jus
I was only here for one night and it was off-season staying with some friends. It was very quiet very kid friendly it has a fenced in dog park. The bathrooms are clean. And there is an outdoor shower, which is nice to wash off any sand. There’s a little beach, but it’s a rocky beach. There’s a lot of cute little details like the fairy garden that I found. We stayed in the wagon. The bunkbeds were comfortable. The full-size bed was comfortable. They had firewood available to purchase for eight dollars a bundle and this was off-season so we were able to just text message. Whoever was on shift if we needed anything. The swingset gazebo was really nice and I think it would be great for a group of friends to hang out. There’s a full playground great for kids and the mining for minerals mill w
I am so disappointed in this camp site especially the operating owner/manager on site (Scott Conley). We booked an RV back in April after planning our vacation for over a year. My husband and myself along with our two daughters 17 and 11, along with my daughter's friend from Florida and our two large dogs. I booked the Oasis RV which is one of the largest they have on site. We were so full of excitement to finally get a spot at this campground as my husband loves to fish and all his friends rave about what a great time they have had and how beautiful the site is. But 10 min into the conversation the manager flew down in his golf cart and started another argument with my husband. He got out of the vehicle and put out his hand and said, "I am willing to shake your hand and settle this if yo
