Customer Reviews
We visited the bar before an event! Food was very mediocre, very pretty ambiance and decor. Nice front desk staff. Drinks👎🏾.. stick to a beer! Overall OK.. too many places to go in Baltimore to return! Everything was just very mediocre!
Weekend trip to Baltimore to see an Orioles game with our grown kids, and to tour the Nuclear Ship Savannah on Maritime Day. Our usual hotels were already booked, so I decided to give this Roomza thing a try. The information provided said that there was no front desk, that valet parking was free. No mention of free breakfast, etc. At nearly $450 for a basic king room on a Saturday night it was still pretty steep.||The good: Valet parking meant we didn't have to find parking. It is relatively close to Oriole's Park, so we could walk the few blocks - also handy when I realized I needed my sweatshirt, and had to go back. Roomza occupies a SINGLE floor (the 16th) of the Lord Baltimore Hotel, this was not stated anywhere when I made the reservation thru Expedia. When you enter the lobby, there
Great experience. The rooms were very nice. Amenities were good. The hostesses were fantastic and willing to make sure everything is perfect. We did the valet service and it was great. Skybar had a great view. Very close walk to arena. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Will definitely be back.
My stay at Roomza Inner Harbor within the Lord Baltimore Hotel was a bit disappointing. I wasn't aware that this was a 'hotel within a hotel,' and the concept was new to me. Unfortunately, there seemed to be significant miscommunication between the two hotels, which made things confusing. The valet parking situation was chaotic, and the person responsible for Roomza was often nowhere to be found. The rooms were average at best, and since I was only there for one night, I tried to make the most of it. However, given the issues, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
The room is comfortable and quiet. The amenities are excellent plenty of FREE water, snack, and toiletries. The BEST PART of our stay was the staff Kimberly, Jennifer, and Tamara! They were friendly, kind and informative. I am from Baltimore but live in Minnesota and they helped make this trip home excellent!
