Rodeway Inn Yuma Downtown

Rodeway Inn Yuma, Downtown 4th Avenue – We weren’t sure what to expect at first because the building looks old from the outside, but the reviews convinced us to try it—and we’re glad we did. The staff welcomed us with water and snack bars at check-in, which was a nice touch. The hotel is small, very clean, and the rooms are fully remodeled. Our king bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had great hot water, and the room had a microwave, fridge, and cable TV. It can be a little noisy since it’s on Main Street, but that’s expected for the location. Overall, a very pleasant surprise and great value for the price. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience! Super-friendly office staff (family owned?) provided excellent service. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower, fantastic pillows, excellent WiFi, and excellent AC. The only downside was that the walls are thin. I could hear everything my next-door neighbor said and the traffic noise was never-ending. But, with the AC on, it was bearable. Although it is definitely a "budget" hotel, I saw no maintenance issues, not even cosmetic ones, and the entire property (even including the parking area) was incredibly clean. As an older woman travelling alone, I felt completely safe here and would absolutely stay here again if in the area. Front entrance clerk although very accomodating and personable was woefully unknowledgeable - had to call and get instructions over the phone to check us in - re ID and credit card. Took 4 tries at credit card to finally get one that worked - did allow us slightly early check in (1/2 hour) and a drive up main floor room. Room was largely good - cleanliness, bed, TV, desk/chair, bathroom. Negatives - noise attenuation - large traffic noise, adjoining room had TV on the full 16+ hours we were in the room and we could hear it. Obviously being restored by Choice and exterior needs repair/repainting and new signage which we understand is in process. Would probably not stay there again as loud traffic noise is likely unsolvable although other problems hopefully are

Very clean and comfortable. Its a great value for the dollar. Our room had a sharp and clear tv. Great bed with 3 pillows. Fast WiFi. A wonderful grocery store nearby . The staff was kind and courteous and went overboard to insure our tv received HBO. Yes I would stay here again.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay one night in Yuma Arizona wanted to be close to the Historic district, but mostly looking for the roadway Inn used to called the Regal Lodge and that sign is still up but don’t let it fool you. Once there you see the Roadway Inn sign. It’s family run and the son “Het” was so very pleasant even though I booked on Hotels.com. He offered additional coffee and a snack. The room was very nice. The bed and pillow super comfortable. It’s a basic motel so not like. $200 a night place but I was very happy. I walked into and back to the Historic District and felt quite safe both ways. I highly recommend this Inn.
