Jennifer at the front desk was very kind and helpful. After I checked out I left a whole bag of items behind and the gentleman at the front desk had it all packed and ready to go for me. Also the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. There is a chicken restaurant adjacent to the lobby which was yummy!

I first stayed at Suburban Suites for a couple of weeks. Suffering from financial hardship from the government shutdown, I then moved to the adjacent Rodeway Inn to a less expensive room. My stay was extended. I was chronically ill when my hotel adventure began at Mainstay Suites, having to leave my home due to black mold poisoning. Hotel life drained me financially while I was on furlough and was so difficult as I was alone suffering from illness. There were times I was not able to pay my weekly rent in full, or at all. I had to seek assistance from local churches, or make partial payments, as long as I was able to pay in full throughout the week. I am also a Choice diamond member and was able to use points during my stay. Omar and his staff were extremely accommodating and did not treat

The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. The room was nicer than expected and the area was quiet. If I ever decide for another impromptu get away, I'd revisit this hotel.

Would not recommend. The room was dirty. Had roaches and the toilet clogged multiple times. When I informed the front desk, I was given a plunger, told “good luck” and instructed to place outside the door when done. There are plenty of hotels around the area but I chose this one because I had no problems with the brand in the past. But this one is terrible. Zero stars if I could.
