Rodeway Inn & Suites Omak - Okanogan

My 14 year old son and I list our housing and have been staying here for nearly 2 months. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They respond to odd middle of the night requests without blinking. They are NEVER condescending or rude. Upon check in and hearing our situation they gave us a list of community resources. My son, who is on the autism spectrum has never once felt uncomfortable going to them with requests. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you so much Rodeway staff.

Okay look. I have seen all reviews and they are all awful. I went into this expecting to get a janky room for cheap price because I was in a pinch looking to get away from a home situation. I made my reservation and drove an hour to the hotel to get my room. When I got there, I went inside to the check in office and waited, I waited a long time in just the area hoping for someone to just come out to help get me checked in. No one came, so I went outside and sat in my car, again, for quite some time waiting. I called several times in this period, hoping that maybe the clerk had the phone on them so that I could notify them I was there to check in. I called probably ten times and then just waited & waited. No one came. I ended up just driving back home because my situation was already stress

Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty, smelled bad. No television, felt dirty just being in the room. Showered and left due to how filthy the room was. Would not recommend anyone to stay there

First they gave us a room that was already occupied. Since it was just a regular key to the door we opened it to find another person just as shocked as we were that we got in. That made our stay very worrisome that someone would just be able to walk in on us.. They gave a different room that clearly was not cleaned. The toilet was not functioning correctly but they had a plunger in there clearly making it known that this is an ongoing issue. The other bathroom had vomit all over. There is no tv and this is also an ongoing issue as they had a notice on the reception desk that had been there for quite some time noted by the dirty peeling tape. I had stayed here in the past and my experience was decent. This time it was very disappointing. I should have left but there was limited availability

Tv couldn't turn on, fireplace, which we paid for extra for the room, didn't turn on. Toilet ran the entire time, the key didn't want to work on the door. We had to have front desk open it for us. There was only one chair at the dining table and it was a metal outdoor chair. The fridge was in a cupboard and you had to keep the cupboard door open to use it. When we got to the room, there was used shampoo and soap in the bathtub. We will never stay here again. When I complain I basically got shrugged off. They didn't refund the room at all. Again I paid for a fireplace that did not work.
