They process your deposit as payment, then refund your deposit 7-10 business days later. My first deposit was finally credited back to my account 12 business days later and I have yet to receive my second deposit as it’s been 13 business days since and they are saying they refunded it already. I would not even have left a review had they processed their deposits like a normal hotel and also given both deposits back to me. They also charge for checking in early, even if the room is ready, at 2 PM. Towels also had stains on them and AC barely worked if at all. This hotel is more focused on first time customers and not repeat customers, clearly.

This was by far the most uncomfortable night I’ve ever spent away from home. The room had a strong bad odor that clearly indicated previous smoking. The floor appeared to be mopped, but it was extremely sticky—likely from excessive soap residue. The bathroom door would not open fully, which was inconvenient and awkward. The furniture was extremely old and worn, honestly looking like it had been picked up from the curb. The four square pillows were flat with barely any filling, had no proper covers, and smelled unpleasant. There was no proper quilt—just a very thin blanket placed between sheets. We've stayed in the same room at this Rodeway Inn several times over many years, through at least two changes of management. Our recent visit was very disappointing. The desk had been removed and replaced with an out-of-place empty TV cabinet. No daily room service; had to ask three times for a second washcloth and handtowel. The washcloth finally appeared, but not the handtowel. The iron and ironing board had been removed but their hanger was left on the wall. No tissues. Sheets thin as tissue paper. Thin towels. Moderately clean, but with plenty of nicks and scuffs on the lower walls and bathroom door frame. Family members with a room two doors away experienced a noisy party in the room next to theirs until 4am. Tried calling the office several times to complain but nobody picked up the

Rooms are clean and well kept. Room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Pool looked clean, too bad it was a bit cloudy outside, we didn't get in. The plus about getting this hotel was the con tinental breakfast included.

I booked this place last minute because all other hotels were booked up. I honestly considered packing my bags to sleep in my car after waking up in the middle of the night because my face was burning from the bleach they use on their sheets. I should have known this was going to be the case when I walked in and the room smelled moldy, which caused me to develop a cough over night. Also, this hotel is also near the highway so good luck getting sleep. If you ABSOLUTELY need to stay here: 1. Bring your own sheets. 2. Bring ear plugs. 3. Bring an air purifier. Good luck.
