Rodeway Inn Pittsfield

We booked our daughter here just this last weekend so she wouldn't be driving home in the bad weather. The room was clean. But....1. When she went to check in around 5 on her supper break there was no one at the desk and no one came when she rang the bell. She finally had to go knock on a door to find someone. 2. The room was cold. Floor heater hardly put out any heat and there was no where off the floor to plug in the extra heater. She slept fully clothed, plus pjs and her coat. 3. When she went back today around 5 to eat supper in her room neither one of the key cards worked. And when she went to the office once again, no one there, not even after she rang the bell and knocked on the door. She finally left to grab food before having to go back to work. Positive: Nothing Negative: No breakfast at all. It is deceiving to say it provided. The room is very dirty. It has broken and missing baseboards, floor tiles. I had to keep knocking the door to check out at 8:30 am. The attendant woke up with horrible attitude. He has no respect.

The manager was beyond helpful! He has excellent customer service skills. I had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager. From the moment we arrived, they demonstrated genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was dirty. Broken microwave no heat in the room they supplied a plug-in space heater. There was a mouse running around the room and the manager gave me a glue trap to catch it instead of giving us a different room. It took 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The sink drain and the shower drain were clogged. The place was a pigsty. I really would like to get my money back it was disgusting

There was no heat but a small space heater was given to be used during the stay. It took 10 minutes for the hot water to feel warm and a mouse was in my cookie container enjoying my Christmas cookies.
