Pine Lakes Resort

We visit Jellystone Pittsfield every summer and we love it! We have stayed in a camper, cabin, and cottages. We have been there with friends, family, and pets. We really like their pool, lake, and amenities. Now, this year trip was fantastic! We rented 2 cottages and stayed 4 days. We were a group of 12 people, with ages ranging from 3 to 96 y/o! and we had our 2 chihuahuas with us too! We all had fun! We all rested and enjoyed the park.|I do need to mention Brachston Taylor, Austin Adrain, and Bryden Smith who helped my mom on Sunday afternoon, when she mistakenly took the golf car road with the family van and got caught in the mud... These 3 guys helped her and then me with everything, in no time they had us back in the road. And there was also a lady from housekeeping who gave me a ride

My family has spent a lot of weekends camping at Pine Lakes over the last 5 years. I can say we keep coming back because we have not found a more family friendly and fun campground anywhere. The owners and staff are great people who always try to accommodate any need we may have and are always coming up with new ways to make our camping experience fun and relaxing!

Fun time however the maintenance has been terrible. The wibit was deflated in multiple areas so you had to get into the water to make it to another spot, pool was dirty, the teens in the cafe seemed very clueless on how to manage the kitchen. I stood in line to place my icecream order and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my icecream. one person stood around and waited for more people to order instead of get the icecream. Very confusing. Also our RV spot was flooded. We tried to move however were told they were completely booked for the weekend but several spots were open the entire time we were there. If the staff would just fill in more rock in the spots I think this would help. We had to jump over mud to get into our camper and our truck. Kind of insane considering we spent over $

The pool and swimming beach are nice, but they ran low on life jackets and gave a warning that some may have to get out of the water. Not something you want to tell your favorite kid!|Also, there was no restroom near the swimming beach. And, the restrooms that were available other places were not clean on Saturday evening. Plus, for some reason, the curtains on the women's shower stall had been removed for the evening. A new set was back the next day, but it was poor timing to leave shower stalls without a curtain for those wanting to take an evening shower after swimming at the beach.|There is some major pothole filling that needs to be done.

Great location, friendly staff! The layout is great and lots of activities for our kids. The one thing I would recommend is for them to sell full size and twin size bed sheets at their general store- otherwise just don't forget to bring your own! We loved going on golf cart rides, and the kids spent 4 hours straight playing in the lake on the obstacle course. We stayed in the South Shore cabins which were a good size, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Can't wait to come back!
