Green Acres Hotel

A pleasant surprise. We’ve stayed at several places in Pittsfield. Green Acres is by far the best in town. Slightly higher cost per night, but well worth it. What a difference a few more dollars can make! (We saved a few dollars by booking online.) The staff were all very friendly and professional. The manager (Cash) is committed to making sure guests have an exceptional experience. The night manager (Larry) goes out of his way to meet every guests need. From the big things like clean rooms. comfortable beds, safety and fast internet… to little things like coffee and snacks around the clock, mini fridges, large TVs, convenient parking and a welcoming lobby….Green Acres is the best deal in town.

The bath towels are like hand towels. The walls are so thin we could hear every word said next door and some of the conversation gave me nightmares, haha. Overall the staff was really nice and the free breakfast was great. They have no control of rude guests

This hotel was very clean. When we checked in very friendly staff and a cute little cookie jar that when you opened the lid it had a tune of green acrea with fresh chocolate chip cookies in it and also popcorn in the popcorn machine for guests. Beds was really firm and its a little outdated but I dont think I have been in a cleaner hotel than this. Someone is always there if you would need something or have troubles. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy , eggs, cereals , juices , yogurt, etc. . It was good.

The hotel has a very welcoming lobby and decorated nicely. There was fresh coffee available at all times and they have breakfast every morning. Hotel is very clean, quiet and everything worked. The management and staff were nice and accommodating. I would stay here again.

excellent experience stayed there for three days very clean rooms, very clean environment the manager and staff very courteous Hot breakfast and coffee ready a wonderful place, stayed for three days occupied 4 rooms we loved it.
