Rodeway Inn Oxford

No shower curtain in room and when we left some stuff in the room and hung the do not disturb sign up then asked for towels the attendant got mouthy about me asking for towels. Will not stay there again.

Will not ever stay here again. Horrible customer service from the fromt desk lady. When we got to our room, it was decently clean. Some lights and USB ports did not work. We had two small pillows. When asked for more pillows, it turned into a big thing with the front desk lady and she only gave us one pillow for me and my husband. We stayed for about 5 nights. During our stay, we requested the room to be cleaned halfway though our stay. They did not change the sheets, pickup trash, and they even used my own garbage bag for the trash can. I was charged a "cash $25 deposit" after already paying for the room with my card. The Front desk lady would not give me my deposit back because of ashes on the sheets. Dirty !!!!!! Worker is rude refuse to give me my receipt showing I checked out and how much I paid so I could get a refund !! It’s loud drug dealers homeless people just all around NO !! I would never book anything like this again

Never have I ever been told I can only have two towels. This on a 3 night stay. The owners are rude and act like I am forcing them into customer service. Also vending doesn't work, ice doesn't work. Oh don't ask for a bottle of shampoo. Which is a 2 oz. Mini bottle.

I rented a room for a homeless vet and he was treated like crap. And they double charged me. Would not give a refund so I have to dispute with the bank. If you or anyone you know has stayed here, keep an eye out on your account.
