Hotel is run down and you can tell whoever owns or runs this place doesn’t care. It’s falling apart. It’s unsafe and poorly managed. Doorframes falling apart toilets constantly running, there want more than a sheet in my bed. Floors sticky. Electrical outlets in disarray. Smoke detectors pulled off the ceiling. Too much fragrance in the room it burns my nose probably to cover up other smells. Not enough towels. Zero amenities. There are not hangers on the coat rack or closet. This is worse than a motel 6. The shower drain doesn’t work. The curtains on the window barely close. If I didn’t arrive so late at night I would have gotten another hotel. Door keys failed multiple times. 0/5 stars. Cannot believe this place can legally be allowed to stay open.

The room rates are great for Scottsdale especially in the busy season, but motels are part of the service industry. I’m not sure if the gentleman behind the desk was the owner or an employee, but whoever he was he certainly lacked basic customer service skills in making you feel welcome and thankful for the business by choosing to stay at his establishment. Simple things like maintaining the property, clean sheets and removing dead roaches from light fixtures would be a good start.

Positive: This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at in my life. I walked from the shower to my bed (10 feet maybe) and my feet were black from dirt. The sheets had stains, hair, dirt, etc. all over them. The room REEKED. Rude staff as well. Negative: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING

I like this motel a lot because it's in a nice part of Phoenix. It's close to everything that's useful and convenient. There's a lot of restaurants close by and Walmart, Verizon, an adult store, gas station, etc. The rooms inside have high ceilings, and air conditioning, a 65 inch tv, a separate bathroom with a shower and bath. It also comes with a fridge and microwave and hair dryer. I also liked how the bed was super comfortable and also very big and spacious. The only thing that I didn't like was that they didn't have a comforter/blanket. They only have two thin white sheets. The wifi worked great though 👌 my partner and I never had any issues with it.

It was horrible, it said 86 dollars to check in and they made us pay 220. The front desk guy gave someone a key to our room key to a stranger man, I recognize him from the night before he kept watching me. Im traumatized from this experience. I've tried calling more than 8 times and got no answer. We need our money back.
