Rodeway Inn National City San Diego South

I’ve been staying here consistently for quite some time and every time it’s been as expected. It’s all thanks to how they run this place. Rooms are clean every time, always stocked with towels and necessities to shower and use restroom. Never had a complaint and needless to say the price is unbeatable for a room that looks new, furnished and remodeled. You must com and see for yourself!

It always feels relaxing to stay at Rodeway inn National city. Rooms are clean and the queen beds are very comfortable. Staff are always looking to satisfy the customers needs. Too notch. Will be staying again soon. Thankyou!

Rodeway doesn't deserve even one star!!! The STAFF and SERVICE was AWFUL!! Check-in for the three of was at 2pm. We were given the key for our room on the first floor, but the cleaning lady just started on our room and it wasn't ready until 2:25pm. We reserved the room for three people but were only given two towels. I asked the lady at check-in for the third towel, but she rudely told me she was working and it's not her job to get me a towel. She said I had to talk to the cleaning lady on the second floor. I asked her to please talk to the cleaning lady for me, because I was trying to get settled, but again she was extremely rude and said that's not her job. Then the check-in lady pointed at the cleaning lady on the second floor and told me that's where I had to go for a towel. I went to

Room was clean and priced at a good value. Location was convenient to the 5 freeway and mass transit close by. But the room was lacking a couple basic amenities like glass, paper or plastic cups. Only 2 large towels were provided. The shudders on the window did not make the room dark inside. Also the lobby was not accessible at 3 pm in the afternoon for check-in which was rather strange. I can understand the lobby being locked like 9 pm to 6 am.

Positive: The location. Close to everything. Negative: I had bug bites the next day after our stay. I am terrified they were bed bugs. I have not taken anything out of my car and am not sure what to do. I pray we are not going to get them if they were.
