The location is ideal: on Campbell Street, easy highway access, ample parking, and restaurants right across the way. The property’s smart horseshoe design feels safe and private no matter where your room is. The rooms themselves are impeccably clean and well-maintained.||The atmosphere is warm and the rules are sensible (for example, a smoking area far from the rooms) — I gladly walk out to it, because keeping things fresh and pleasant is clearly a priority. The owner’s dedication is remarkable

I think we were lucky to find a room as we were traveling through. But for the price, this room was pretty nice. Loved the welcoming kitty at the front desk. Parking was very handy to our room.Bed was very comfortable and shower had good pressure. However, the bathroom floor was filthy and we could only get one of our ice packs in the freezer part of the refrigerator because it had a huge ice block.Also it was rather noisy because of people going up and down stairs and walking around above us. Places to eat are close and good access to freeway.

But nothing compares to this hotel. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, this is the place. The location couldn’t be better: right on Main Street, near the highway, easy to access with ample parking. You’re close to restaurants, coffee, and vending options — yet the property still feels private and secure. Its smart horseshoe-shaped layout provides safety and quiet no matter which room you’re in. The rooms are spotless, the staff is kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is consistently welcoming. There are clear rules to keep the place

The room was not adequately cleaned or maintained. There was no cover on the mattress - just a single sheet on top of it and, when removed, the mattress showed staining and didn't appear clean. The pillows also did not have sealed covers or multiple pillowcases to protect against mites - there was just a single pillowcase on each pillow and the pillows themselves were visibly used and did not appear clean. The bed skirt had stains on it and was very dusty. The bathroom sink countertop had not been properly cleaned. When I wiped it with a tissue, the tissue came back light brown and covered in whiskers from someone's shavings. This hotel should not be on the approved list of hotels for the State of Oregon. The conditions are not minimally appropriate for guests.

Upon arrival we met.the residential cat who welcomed us, this cat was super friendly. Customer service was great, room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. Owners are in the process of refreshing this motel and when they are done, it will be beautiful. We would most definitely stay there again.
