Best Western Sunridge Inn & Conference Center

We came in after a late drive. The staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. The rooms were quite large and clean. The pet area was clean and close to our room, which was much appreciated. Breakfast had several choices, which was nice. Overall, I would definitely stay again while traveling through.

This is difficult. This hotel, The Best Western Sunridge Inn in Baker City has a great location and we drive through town about every six months. It's honestly not a great hotel, though. We travel with our service dog and they put us out in the north forty in a sterile room. The beds were comfy and the customer service was great! However, the room feels like a poor house. It isn't pleasant, the lighting is blue LED and gives me a migraine, the room was also sterilized with bleach, and between that costic smell and the smell of paint (which I swear they were painting six months ago too) it made our throats burn. It is run down and, despite the new carpet and constant painting, this hotel needs some serious upgrades. In fact, Baker City as a whole needs a new hotel option for travelers. Ther

Great hotel. Clean rooms and very fair rates. Very clean and generous-sized room (regular king). The bathtub is larger than usual, which I always appreciate. Additionally, the restaurant on campus serves some excellent food— particularly the pork chop and the carrot cake. I look forward to trying their steak or prime rib next time. I also hear the locals really crave the Indian food, which is served all week except for Sundays (sadly, we missed out). The hotel serves a very nice breakfast— much better than expected and easily way better than most hotel-provided breakfasts. Very cute courtyards at night—well lit and charming (especially during the snow). We plan on making this a regular stop during future road trips between SW Washington and Idaho.

We travel to Utah several times a year, sun ridge is our stop every trip! We’ve always received great service and the breakfast was always delicious until today. They have changed from packaged yogurt to a self serve machine with plain yogurt dispensed. Personally I didn’t care for it, there was no fresh fruit or anything to put in it. I’ve never cared for the hot food, sausage, eggs, gravy etc., my husband loves it! I always get half of a delicious waffle and container of strawberry ir raspberry yogurt? It’s still worth the value! It’s definitely not going to change where we stay. Highly recommend Best Western Sunridge!
