We had a wonderful experience! The carriage house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all we needed to cook in the kitchen. We had an issue with breaking someting in the bathroom and it was repaired within an hour of notifying Matt, the owner. The unit is located right in downtown Kennett Square on a quiet lane with it's surrounding restaurants and shops. Rte 1 access is just down the street enabling easy access to more shopping and the Brandywine Valley's many attractions. Matt was very friendly and stayed engaged via emails throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience at Matt and David's loft (224)! We are parents to a 1 yr old and were looking to get away for my husband's birthday weekend. We chose Kennett Square as a cute town to explore and - wow! the location of the loft was perfect! A couple of blocks away from a dozen coffee shops, restaurants and stores! We got to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and not have to deal with the carseat and parking. Matt and David even left us some birthday balloons that were the best surprise for my husband and little girl. The loft itself was very well appointed, every detail was considered including an extra soft mattress with the pack and play! We loved having the separate bedroom for early toddler bedtime while mom and dad got to hang out in the comfy living room for the evening. We

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Kennett Square. It's just a quick stroll -- less than five minutes -- to numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Maybe you scored the coveted table at Talula's. You could leave the Airbnb within 10 minutes of your reservation and still get there early! The space itself is comfortable and classy. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. The smart TV gives you the ability to link your various streaming services easily (and to log out easily too!). It's a wonderful place to stay while you enjoy the charms of PA.

This place could not be more perfect unless it started cooking us breakfast in bed and whispering affirmations. Brought my husband here for his birthday weekend . We love food…. So many great restaurants + mushrooms + chocolate + flowers = elite birthday formula. Kennett Square said “say less.” Main Street? A 4-minute walk. (Perfect for pretending you’re in a Hallmark movie) Longwood Gardens and Chaddsford Winery? 15-minute scenic drive. The house? So clean I questioned my own life choices. Stocked with everything. Bed? 10/10, would hibernate again. Zero complaints. Zero! If you’re not booking this for a couples weekend… respectfully, what are you doing? My experience at the cottage was nothing short of amazing. This area is very beautiful, the location of the property is quiet and serene. The hosts were amazing & very responsive. A clean space & the bed was very comfortable! The cottage looks exactly how it does in the photos. I definitely plan to book again with Matt & David!
