Riviere South Beach Hotel

Our family has stayed at this property four times since 2020, and we keep coming back. Most recently, we spent one night here in December 2025 right before boarding our cruise. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very easy to access. Valentina and the entire staff are genuinely friendly and quick to take care of anything you need—true hospitality. The location is perfect: plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and South Beach is within walking distance. Whenever we’re in Miami, this is always our first-choice place to stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed three days at this hotel before boarding a cruise. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay. In room 102, there was a strong musty smell noticeable as soon as I entered. It only subsided when the air conditioning was turned on. The unit made a loud noise when starting, although it stabilized afterward. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well. The shower took about three minutes to heat up and did not allow proper temperature control, fluctuating between cold and excessively hot. The Wi-Fi did not work from check-in and was only fixed on the night before my check-out, despite four separate requests at the front desk. Avoid this hotel.||Hotel claimed that our reservation is cancelled,but we are holding valid reservation. We had to re buy the room. ||Our travel agency cinfirmed that we are having reservation and said that we can get refund. Hotel reception claimed that they cannot do refund and they asked to call their support. Support was not able to do anything and they gave a name who could help. Person answered that she is not able to do anything. She gave a new email address...no answer yet.||The service by personnel quite rude and their spanglish is hard to understand.||Only good thing in this hotel was room even though door lock key had to renewed....

Our experience at this hotel ended very unpleasantly. First, the administrator spoke almost no English, which made communication extremely difficult from the beginning. We were asked to pay a €200 deposit. However, our credit cards did not work in their system (even though they worked everywhere else, including other hotels in the US). Because of this, we were required to pay the deposit in cash. The next day, we went to the reception again because we had a very early morning flight, and the office only opens at 8 AM. We wanted to make sure we would receive our deposit back before leaving for the airport. Unfortunately, the administrator was unable to properly assist us. She repeatedly called her manager and simply relayed messages, stating that the issue was our fault because our cards
