Riviera Motel

I stayed at the Riviera Motel for a short time while I was in between housing, and it worked out just fine. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews I saw, but I ended up choosing it since it’s right by a bus stop, which made things easier. The rooms are pretty standard but were cleaner than a lot of the other motels on Colfax. I didn’t run into any problems during my stay—checking in and out was simple, and everything went smoothly. It’s not fancy, but for a temporary place to stay, it does the job and is more convenient.

I love it here ..quiet and the owners are amazing people 🙏 they try to make it as comfortable as possible for your stay and go above and beyond to fix any issues and make the stay welcoming 🙂

I have never had to ask for a refund due to cleanliness of room. I asked for a refund on this very dirty room. The attendant lady was violently screaming and refused to give me a refund. She forced me to wait for her to arrive at the room to retrieve my belongings. She was screaming incessantly. I told her to stop shouting and asked for a refund. She physically threatened my with a fire extinguisher. She was less than afoot away from me. I took pictures of the room and her blocking my access to the room to retrieve my things. I am issuing a complaint against her and the Riviera Motel.

The service the owners made it feel like it was great place to stay very friendly when I got here the room I got is fair not the best the location sucks had people knocking on my door at 2 in the morning wanting drugs. But overall it a place to stay for the time being.

I recently stayed at the Riviera Motel and was genuinely impressed by all the improvements they've made. The property looks so much better—clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for. You can tell the owners have put in a lot of effort to make the place more comfortable and inviting. The room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and updated. It’s clear that cleanliness is now a top priority here. The owners were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s great to see this kind of positive change
