Riviera Motel

Booked this hotel for two days to be closer to Disney. It was a 10-15 min walk to the park. The parking is small and tight to get into. The staff was friendly ! The rooms were nothing great but we needed it just to sleep and shower. The restroom was huge ! But the toilet was clogged when we got there and the shower was backed up with water. The bed was big and there was a fridge and microwave. The microwave didn’t work. The AC worked just fine. There were roaches so just be mindful. The walk was not bad to the park. Parents who stay here it’s on the Main Street and you have to walk about three blocks toward Disney. Overall I don’t know if I would stay again but it’s close.

This is one of the cheapest hotels within walking distance of Disneyland, which is nice, but everything else was terrible! Rock hard bed, one thin blanket, sheets don’t even fit the bed so you’re basically sleeping on the mattress cover. Bathroom is terrible. Amenities were minimal. Nothing about this place was enjoyable.

Cockroach Motel! This place is filthy. Turned on the light at night and could see many cockroaches in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. My husband took pictures of the roaches, and after staying up early to check all our bags for bugs before leaving we were exhausted. The owner does not care. He offered not even an apology. Was rude and dismissive despite literal proof. The furniture chairs are very dirty with ground in dirt and stains, my white socks turned brown from walking the floor, and the comforter with mystery stains, just no. We thought we were stuck here, fine, it is old and cheaper, we will be at Disney most of the day anyway, BUT roaches! Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as this place. Do not go here. Do not be tempted by its location as we were, go elsewher

I stayed at the Riviera Motel last month in November during my visit to Disneyland, and I can say it was a fantastic experience. We booked two rooms, and not only did we receive excellent service, but the entire stay was enjoyable. A special shoutout to Sam, the front desk manager, who was incredibly helpful during our check-in. He made the entire process smooth as possible. Thank you, Sam! The location of the motel is perfect just a short walk from Disneyland, which was super convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff, in general, were all friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Positive: "" Negative: i would give 0 stars if i could! we arrived and opened our door to cockroaches running around the floor. there was mold on the ceiling, hair on the bed, overall DISGUSTING! The man that owns it refuses to give us a refund even though we did not stay there
