Riviera Hotel South Beach

Positive: Very clean and quiet hotel. I love the ambiance and the amenities. The staff was super kind towards me and they got me an early check in so it was my lucky day. Negative: I didn’t get room service at all. I was asked and I told them they could come in at a certain time and they never came. Also,it is a hotel with an older build. They don’t have a place to hold your luggage when you arrive. Staff was lovely though.

Very, very disappointed. Booked through a travel agent. Riviera suites ( thought would get a suite but didn’t ). Corridors & room smelling very damp . Can’t open windows, no fresh air at all. AC extremely noisy throughout day & night. Old furniture, old towels . Think we must have got the smallest room in the whole place. No where for suitcases & 5 coat hangers in a tiny space in the corner.|However, the staff were very good and helpful. Reception sorted quite a few issues for us , Joao, Iliva & Nelson made our stay more bearable. Maintenance sorted things out very quickly too. Although it was good to get breakfast included, it leaves a lot to be desired. |Hotel has a great location. Staff good but furnishings and rooms and cleaning not the best by any means.

The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to everything we needed. It made getting around so easy and convenient. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a relaxing vibe. A special shoutout to Nelson, he is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us with getting our room early, which we truly appreciated after traveling. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Booked this last-minute and it was perfect! Great location and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Shout out to Nelson at the front desk for helping me with all the little things and for being a warm welcome every day. The room was decent, a little humid, but comfortable and in good condition. The hotel is so close to everything, the beach, food, bikes, bus, etc. It served as a great home-base to explore. Solid food at the restaurant, and again great staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and made everything so convenient. The service was also excellent — everyone was welcoming and helpful, and I especially want to mention Ailibe, who went above and beyond and made the experience even better with their kindness and professionalism. Check-in was smooth with no issues at all, which made arriving after travel really easy. On my last day, the hotel was also kind enough to hold my luggage for me, which I really appreciated and made my departure much more convenient. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shower design was a bit unusual. You had to push the door inward to get in, rather than pull it outward, which made it a little awkward and kept getting my hair wet when I was trying to e
