Riviera Beach Resort

The hotel and views itself are gorgeous but there’s a few things I didn’t love for the price. I booked on Expedia it pretty pricy for the size of the room. We stayed in the king bed and bunk double and that’s almost all there was the room was pretty tight I’d say. Maybe I’m just being picky but it just felt super small for the price in my opinion. Another thing I was disappointed by was the lack of pool and beach towels. None on the beach ever, I don’t think they’re offered there and the pool towel areas were almost always empty or close to empty when we went for one. All of the food and drink areas add automatic 20% onto all orders and I noticed they kind of fold the receipt in a way so that you won’t see that which was very annoying and at one bar it wasn’t posted anywhere. This hotel is in the perfect spot. You step out and you’re on the beach. There’s also a nice lawn on the side and a beautiful pool. There’s plenty to entertain children in the side yard, and the pool area when they’re not on the beach. During the regular season there’s a restaurant. Our room was on the second floor by request and we had a nice porch to sit and watch the ocean. Our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It’s late in the season so it was chilly outside, but we had nice heat in the room when needed. There was a small refrigerator they say is for bottles, not food, and no microwave. We recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Riviera Beach Resort and are already looking forward to a 2026 visit . Even though our stay was in early October we did not encounter any late in the season wear and tear at the resort but rather a property which was wonderfully maintained and cared for . Unlike many other resorts on Cape Cod which require a long walk ,shuttle , bike or car ride to the beach the Riviera is a true beach front resort . The beach is truly your front yard with it's own private beach that is part of a continuous stretch of pristine beach along Nantucket Sound . The beachfront unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful . Our room was fresh ( no musty seaside smell ) , comfortable and immaculately clean . We really enjoyed our time here. We spent three nights. Great pool area for kids and the beach was clean and scenic. Lots of parking available. Cleaning service was excellent. The rooms were clean, updated and well appointed. Would recommend for a family trip.

I stayed at this resort with my family and my my sister stayed at blue water next door and we both loved it! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. There have daily activities for the kids and even some for the adults. Pools were warm and was easy to find chairs. There are both indoor and outdoor pools and the beach so you have lots of options. There is a bar near one of the pools must try the mudslide they are fabulous.
