Village Green Motel

Look- it isn't the Ritz but for a reasonable Cape Cod getaway, this hotel worked great for my wife and I. The motel is definitely old but it was still clean and a downright bargain. Being a quick walk away from the beach was a treat and we enjoyed our morning dip. Staff was welcoming and nice. Would definitely come back again.

Couches and chairs are a little musty and moldy smelling. Cleaning crew could do a little better. There’s soil on the bathroom curtains. Several of the windows don’t work TV remote control had layers of crud on them. Plan to wake up at 5 AM because the trash trucks are right next-door.

So sad to see an old favorite motel so run down. We had hoped to stay 2 nights but stayed one under duress. The rooms smelled moldy and everything was worn out and tired . The outside looked even worse with splintery picnic tables and overgrown lawn. The staff put us in a better room thankfully which did have new comfortable beds but otherwise the bathrooms and furniture so dated. Sadly we won’t be returning

Can't beat the location. Perfect weekend getaway accommodation. We stayed in the double room, which has a partition that separates the bedroom and living room space. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Literally across the street from Parker Beach. Recommend this for anyone looking for a weekend cape cod summer getaway.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Stains on the bed and pillows, also the pillows didn’t have cases on them? Also didn’t love how the ‘clean’ towel was on the ground of the shower. The room just didn’t feel clean. My biggest issue was, there was sugar ants in the bed. My guest stayed in the room while I did not lol. Just overall wouldn’t recommend. Front desk lady was very nice though at check in.
