Ocean Breeze Motel

We had the best time on Cape Cod and part of the reason why was because of where we stayed! The Ocean Breeze was super close to the beach and the rooms were charming and clean! They have a nice Continental breakfast too. The pool is well kept and refreshing! Most of all, the owners were so kind and sweet! They took the time to give us recommendations and even offered us some food since they knew we were leaving super early on check out day! We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, close to the beach and super clean nice rooms! The owners are lovely and super friendly with great suggestions for the area. Also, a clean beautiful heated in-ground swimming pool and continental breakfast included! Really enjoyed our stay!

The Ocean Breeze Motel is a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable and close to the beach but what makes it truly special are the hosts, Norbert and Joanna. They are warm, welcoming and incredibly generous. They didn’t just make sure our stay was perfect, they even helped me and my family outside of their hosting role, in ways I will never forget. Their kindness turned our trip into something much more meaningful. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Amanda and I were there for a whole week. We absolutely loved the owners. Great rooms at a great price. We didn't want for anything. If something was needed, it was handled very quickly. We loved the area as we could walk and push to the beach. We loved the motel and will be back

This motel is a gem on Cape Cod! It deserves 10 stars out of 5!||I pestered Norbert with questions before we arrived. I can say he answered them immediately.||We were greeted warmly when we arrived and throughout our visit. Any questions were answered with a genuine smile from Norbert and Joanna. The one that says, “We are happy to help!”||The rooms have a Cape Cod Vibe: Ocean blues, white, bright, and exceptionally clean. The convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in our room was a bonus. A small sitting area outside our room was a nice treat. ||This property is well-maintained, thanks to the owner’s care.
