Riverview Motel

The stay wasn’t bad but the photos presented on the site and air bnb do not accurately reflect the state of the room. Firstly, the rooms are extremely small, even with just two people it felt claustrophobic and there wasn’t enough room to walk around. Secondly the bathrooms are extremely small to the point where utilizing the toilet is impossible since an adult can’t fit between the toilet and the wall. The vanity drain kept filling up with water despite our efforts to reduce water usage and there was only basic soap provided. Additionally, a couple of the towels provided had questionable stains on them making them unusable. Wonderful quaint, cute, clean older hotel. ||I read many reviews of hotels in this price range. The reviews are mixed but I've learned to read the ones that state they weren't looking for luxury. ||If you want luxury be prepared to pay for it, some place else.||Our family has stayed in 100s of hotels of all different types. We prefer locally, private owed, small and clean places. Those are a dying breed. But in Niagara Falls you can find it here. ||The owners are so sweet. We were able to park right in front of the door. Yes all the attractions are about 10 mins away, but we prefer to stay in a quieter environment. This was perfect. ||Did I mention clean ? Probably the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. ||We will be back!

I've actually stayed here twice, which I am not proud to say. Twice I have had friends visit the country and made a last minute, low budget trip to Niagara Falls. With these two constraints, time and money, the Riverview Motel has saved the day.||||It's not a 'nice' place. It's not particularly clean, the bathrooms are old and dingy, and the sheets and bedding are barely passable. This past weekend we had a smelly bed and a dead bug in our towels. And it's not even that close to the falls. ||||I will say that the service is friendly and flexible, and they do have satisfactory wifi. For a place to crash and recharge for a weekend trip, it'll do if all else fails. My advice is to plan ahead and find somewhere better, but if you don't then you can stay here and you'll probably be alright.

This room was clean and they were friendly and easy to talk to I was surprised by the view of the lake we had. My only disappointment was in the internet but it works but slow and only got a 2 out of five bar connection. But they have great rooms that are spacious with a fridge and quiet a few channels to watch

The experience I had here was awesome. They were friendly, helpful and the hotel was clean and perfect. The air conditioner worked overtime on a very hot hot weekend and I couldn't have been happier. The owner's mother, father and daughter were so helpful to me that I would recommend this Motel to anybody. Thank you mama, paps and, daughter it's Ronda from circusbus that is recommending your Motel to everybody . You guys are awesome!!
