Riverstone Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Chippewa Falls

We stayed for 8 days. Room was perfect. Disability room was perfect. The shower was amazing and the hight of the bed was perfect and very comfortable. Fridge/ freezer was a good size. Every utensil you could need. Pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery,dishwasher and a stove top. Perfect! Beds have plenty of pillows and are super comfortable. There is plenty of storage and sockets in the room. Plenty of parking too. We played boardgames in the common area at night which was lovely. Laundry room is a good size with big machines. The gym had a few bits in it (I was on holiday so I didn't use it,lol) All in all, I would definitely recommend it.

My favorite hotel stay in recent years. Location was extremely convenient, easy on and off major thoroughfare. The decor was very nice and updated. We’d been traveling for a few days and this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Immediately upon entering, it felt warm and inviting. Checkin staff were friendly, courteous and very capable, which made checkin smooth and quick, The room was spacious and well appointed. Appreciated the use of vinyl flooring rather than carpet, however, it did little to muffle the sounds of heavy footsteps from upstairs neighbor. Everything appeared new and well taken care of. Carpet in hallway was clean. I will definitely search Cobblestone properties for future travel needs.

Really liked it. Reasonably priced… I feel like you’re getting more than your moneys worth. Clean, modern, friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again. Just a heads up… the room isn’t cleaned until you leave. That is not to say they would not. I’m guessing if I would have requested it, they would have. My new first choice for CF.

I have stayed here previously, and it is clean and kept up. However, this time when I stayed, the heater in the room continually howled off and on all night to the point that I recorded it. When I went to check out the next morning, I showed it to the desk attendant, and I was told they couldn't do anything because I had booked my room through Priceline and "They didn't own the reservation". Excuse me, but you still got paid and it was $30 cheaper on Priceline than your website. Poor, poor customer service!

Pleasantly surprised by the room. It was the first time I’ve been in a standard hotel room (not a suite) with a kitchenette, and it was wonderful. To have a full fridge, full sink (separate from the bathroom sink), stove, and microwave was amazing. It made our stay with small children so much easier as we could wash all their dishes right in our room. There was also plenty of counter space. The hotel was clean and even smelled clean. Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. Conveniently located near a Kwik trip, festival foods, and some fast food restaurants.
