Hampton Inn & Suites Chippewa Falls

Positive: Very clean room and the housekeeping staff were very kind and thorough. Negative: It was kind of weird no hot tub or sauna, especially with doing a deal with festival shuttles, people love to detox and soak after walking all day.

5 stars for - All the staff. Stayed 3 days. It was a busy holiday week but all the staff, you would never know. Staff was attentitve, kind, friendly, helpful to us and our small dog. The Room, lobby, and common areas were fantastic and very clean. Hat's off to Amanda. Amanda spent time over and above in welcoming us, she even recommended some good local restaurants and entertainment. We traveled with our small dog Ronie, Amanda greeted Ronie and was very friendly and made Ronie feel welcomed our entire stay.

First time staying at this Hampton Inn. We were in town for just one night and made a reservation earlier that day. It’s a typical-looking Hampton: nice lobby, open areas for sitting, and a dining area for the free breakfast. Check-in was super easy, and the staff were pleasant. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean (turns out we had an accessible room, which accounted for some of the extra space). We had queen beds, and they were nice and firm. Each bed had several pillows, which were also firm. The bathroom was large and clean. Plumbing worked well, and the water pressure was very good. In the morning we went down for breakfast. Very impressive for a free meal. They had the standard options — yogurt, fruit, cereal, and muffins — but also warmers filled with sausage, potatoes

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with omelets, potatoes, and bacon, plus the regular selections most other motels have. If we ever head that way again, we will stay there again!

Good location and easy to access. Service was quick and friendly. One issue with the room resolved without any problems by very responsive staff. Well done! Appears the facility has been updated recently. Very fresh inside.
