River Terrace Inn

recently stayed at River Terrace Inn and it was exactly the kind of Napa experience I was hoping for — relaxing, scenic, and just the right mix of comfort and charm. I’ll admit, I was a little worried before booking because of some of the reviews I had read. But after staying here, I can honestly say those concerns didn’t match my experience at all. Whatever issues others may have had, they certainly weren’t part of our stay. The location is hard to beat. Being right along the Napa River makes a huge difference. Morning coffee by the water with the walking path just steps away sets the tone for the whole day. It feels peaceful and tucked away, yet you’re still within easy walking distance to downtown Napa’s tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfort

This was a very elegant hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and well equipped. The outdoor seating area was great! I really appreciate the fitness center and the door to the outside patio which was nice to cool off the room.|The parking was free, but there was no free breakfast.

Be careful ⚠️!!! It's been over a month since I stayed at this hotel, and I discovered they started charging my card! We booked for two nights, but we left this hotel early, read people's reviews before booking this hotel, every word is spelled correctly! Terrible place, we didn't even want to stay the night we paid for. I had a very negative experience with this hotel. We booked a two-night river view room for $800.02 a night, with a $150 deposit. I'd like to add that we didn't even stay the second night because this place is disgusting and, of course, unpleasant. It's noisy, dirty, the staff is rude, and they cheat their guests. There's no pool, no entertainment, breakfast isn't included in the price, even though their website says it is. The rooms are dirty, there's no drinking water,

Positive: The hotel was located near shops restaurants the room was wonderful. We had a balcony slept so well. The employees were all friendly knowledgeable would highly recommend. Negative: I was very happy with the hotel

Wow! So much worse that reviews give credit. Immediately upon entering the property, staff is cold and off-putting. Checking in is average for a budget property at best. Opening the door to the room - pungent old and unclean smell immediately hits you. The hotel "free" WiFi is non-existent. Fitness center is big enough for two people to stand in, but tiny and missing anything of desire. I would encourage anyone to stay elsewhere. If you are of means, there are numerous nicer places within the same price point close. If you stayed her because of budget... save more money, there are nicer places in better price points. I wish that I could post a sample of the smell of my room for others to understand...... Literally the only positive I can state is the location and free on-site parking.
