We love this campground! It is such a nice place! The owners and workers are really nice and very helpful! This location is Great! Close to downtown NB and Gruene! Lots of things to do! And you're on the river! The New staff is Great! And we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! There are other reviews recently that are heavily biased and irresponsible for them to post. Ignore those posts.

Extremely over priced and not worth the money! If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to camp, this is not the place to be! The staff is very slow to respond to any questions or concerns. We have camped all over the state of Florida in state and county parks, River Ranch is our least favorite because of noise, cleanliness, prohibitive costs and overall management.

I do not recommend this RV park to anyone. The owner has repeatedly demonstrated discriminatory behavior toward tenants, including racial profiling and targeting certain residents while allowing others to break the same rules without consequence. The pattern is impossible to ignore and has created a hostile and unsafe environment. In addition, the owner does not follow Texas property laws regarding tenant rights, notices, and due process. Rules are changed or enforced arbitrarily, often without proper written notice or legal basis. When residents attempt to ask questions or assert their rights, they are met with intimidation rather than professionalism. Most disturbing is the owner’s habit of calling local law enforcement to harass or pressure tenants when no crime has occurred. Instead

The spots along the river are lovely, a very pretty and calm area. The staff is great. Yes, there is traffic noise, but we checked out a nearby park with more amenities, it was grim. River Ranch all day long for us.

However, after personally witnessing how current tenants and workers were treated, I immediately changed my mind. What I observed was deeply concerning. I saw residents being threatened with sudden eviction, spoken to disrespectfully, and treated as disposable rather than as paying customers. There was a clear lack of professionalism, consistency, and basic human decency. The way situations were handled felt aggressive, reactive, and unnecessarily confrontational. I also witnessed workers being treated unfairly, dismissed without legitimate cause, and pressured into silence rather than supported. This showed me a management style based more on intimidation and control than re
