River Park Inn

The manager was extremely rude. Didn’t want to help address the uncleared room and blood on the curtains. Also there was a strong cigarette smell in the room.

Old family run motel in a nice area but in need of lots of maintenance and really good cleaning. Rooms were dirty, lots of dead insects on the window ledges, cable tv wiring stapled along and down the walls. Walkways were filthy with garbage and cigarettes butts strewn about and in the stairways. Supposed to be non smoking but that isn't enforced.

As a single female, I felt unsafe in this location and hotel. I asked for a second-floor room to feel safe, the room I was given was next to the stairs and backed to the street on the bedroom window. As it was late, I stayed. There were bugs in the shower and one was mashed on the bed sheet. The positive, the towels were nice; however, with the bugs, I did not shower.

Rooms were dirty the bathroom was covered in roaches and ants and they would crawl all over the room and hide behind the mini fridge dead bugs everywhere and the building is falling apart some rooms had holes in it and when they give u a room with that in it don't expect your deposit back cause it won't happen. In the windows that don't open there would be dead roaches all along the windows seal.

My room was not clean. We had a bunch of dead pill bugs in the sink and the bath tub. The room literally looked they quickly emptied a storage room out so we can stay. The bed that was in the room I was staying in was broken. The people that were staying above us were so loud and then the room right next to ours was a storage room and the front desk person was being super loud super early and it lasted all day long. I will never stay there again. Honestly wish I could get my money back because this was very disappointing.
