STAY AWAY!!! So my lovely started off great. Excited to finially go out west. We vacationed there 3ish months. Was going great. Had some of the best neighbors id say my whole stay. Nothing like throwing back some cold ones with the boys and bbqing all summer. Know what im saying? After I got settled in I started to notice how awfully ran this park is. I was greeted by this very nice and welcoming manager Dennis. She was so nice. Sadly they let her go shortly after she was employed. Then they hired this other guy after nearly 2 months of no manager to take of things on site. Well he was never seen either. When you tried to call in, they took out the rv park menu option. So no way to calling them without waiting half a day trying to get ahold of someone. Online looked better than lots of ot

I’m tired of keeping my mouth shut & paying for an overpriced piece of concrete.SAVE your money and invest it into a place where they actually invest their money and care about the resident’s. The only time this park was taken care of is when they had Jess & Mike as the managers and since their lay off we were paying rent for overgrown grass a piece of concrete and had to drive 30 minutes out of town to find a place to do laundry because all the machines were broken. They go through management like crazy and it seems like they’re quick to take our money tack on processing fees, leave letters on all of our doors telling us how we should upkeep the outside of our piece of concrete, but yet can’t upkeep their own landscaping, cleaning of their bathrooms, keep consistent management, empty th

First of all we are not ones to write reviews, however we wanted to share our experience so others know what to expect. When we booked our reservation for end of October we put in a special request to check in one hour early. When we arrived at 12:00pm instead of the 1:00pm check in we found no one was in our site. With no management on site, we called the number and were told would have to pay $25 for that hour if we wanted to check in early. We had already paid $333 for 3 nights, which was already on the high scale for few amenities, including NO Internet for full hook up. We did not pay their additional fee and opted to stay on the street until 1:00 pm check-in. We did not use any of the facilities at the park as and based upon the reviews didn't really want to. We have stayed her

The bathroom showers go weeks without cleaning or staff restocking toilet paper. The showers are vile. There is literally poop on the top of the toilet! I haven’t seen a staff member on site in 3 weeks. We are gone! I would never recommend this crap hole.

This place is relatively nice except there is not a manager on site. When I was there, there was a disturbance, a drunk with a gun that was out of control. The alternative was to call the police. When they got there the gun had been put away so the police had no proof. There was video but it was so grainy you couldn't tell it was a gun or cell phone. He argued with others after the police left and started after his gun again. Everyone knew that's where he kept it so a woman pushed him and knocked him down. When the police returned they said the video showed she pushed him first and could arrest her for attacking him. If a manager was on site they could evict him and save a bunch of trouble. If I lived there I would probably move. What more do the owners want? A drunken renter or paying cus
