River House Hotel

First, the not great - just to get over with it, because the stay was great overall. Front door needs a sign. Wasn't sure where the entrance was and with below zero temperatures and strong winds, wanted to make a straight shot to the front door, but wasn't sure where it was. Second, my room was really small, but functional. Was there for 10 days and would have appreciated more storage, but I made do. I saw they had larger rooms, but for one person mine was fine. Okay, on to the good stuff. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. Not kidding. Pillows were perfect, too. Don't know how, but even with -18 temperatures and strong winds the room temperature was flawlessly consistent. The kitchen area was great and had snacks and packaged oatmeal, which was great

Staying here on a business trip, the new building with the individual rooms with bathrooms are decent. Clean and quiet which is all I can ask for being so far out in the middle of nowhere. Internet is terrible but it seems to be this way everywhere in Bethel. There are full kitchens upstairs and downstairs which allows you to store and prepare food at your own leisure. This review is only for the new building, i am not sure how the rest of the place is.

Great place. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. The manager Kelly is very personable and helpful. She made our trip!! Can't wait to stay again next year.

Beds are short, but the room was comfortable. They ask you to remove your shoes in the lobby. When I tried check out there was no one there. The hotel service couldn't get ahold of anyone either.

It's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but warm and comfortable. There is a kitchen on each floor stocked with coffees, teas and some snacks. I enjoyed my stay!
