They charged me $336.91 today and I'm not even in Bethel!! Never even contacted them for reservations or anything. Stayed here once in April 2023. Had employees constantly banging on the door every few minutes starting a half hour prior to checkout. Then the man just waltzes in the room on me and my Girlfriend 10 minutes til checkout and begins carrying our bags out the front door as we're finishing packing. I told him I can handle our baggage so no one steals anything with them unattended outside and he just starts screaming at me. OBVIOUSLY RACIST.

Look, this place is not a vacation destination. It resembles a hostel more than a hotel. Rooms are small. Amenities do not exist. But this is a small place ran by an elderly Asian family where I'm pretty sure the woman takes care of everything. Rooms are definitely overpriced but as long as you don't have high expectations you will not be disappointed. It's a place to crash to if you have to wait until the next day for a flight or something similar. Be prepared, your back will hurt in the morning.

My husband and son paid for 2 nights to stay here and not eve. Am hour later my 2 year old son got bit in several places on his body by bed bugs. So they packed up and tried getting. Refund for a little over 300$ but denied to give it back. Bed sheets arent even washed, feels sandy with hair In the sheets under the covers. Rooms are cold and they wont let you hold on to your room key after midnight. The manager is also short tempered. Highly recommend you not to stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I escorted my mom into Bethel and this was the only hotel available and open. I was not on her escorted paperwork--So I paid $120 to share a room with her. The owner- Korean looking guy was very very rude and racist. He is hard to understand and when you can't understand him he gets mad easily. If u order food you can't eat it in the room has to be eaten by his office which is super awkward. The rooms look like jail and it is dirty and gross. I would never reccomand this place to anyone.

Had came here last resort because i had no where else to stay because the other good hotels were booked, so i called and asked if there was a room, and they nicely said yes so i came with my husband and my baby. So before i entered the hotel a man came up to the door and looked at us like we were another drunk native, because i assume thats what they deal with on their dailey basis. So during the time of checking in he charged us 250$!!!!! And 20$ deposit!! And then gave us a paper to sign so my husband who did not read the regulations about the (no refund fee) signed it and dated it!!!! What a big mistake!!! Before giving us the key i kept over hearing drunks in the background and i was very nervous about staying here. So when we entered our room it was sooo small! With two little bed
