River Hills Hotel

What a great place. Great location and warm entrance. We had reservations for the night while in town but with some snow coming we wanted to head home and not drive in it the next day. It was 5:00 pm and cancel time was long gone. However, they were so awesome and gave me a full refund and were so pleasant and accommodating. Love to see great customer service when things come up like weather. We will definitely be staying here anytime we are in town and appreciate the understanding and cooperation even when the did not have too. A plus from me !!

After driving 600 mikes we need a room to rest. Room was dirty. dirt buld up around tub base holes in the wall from missing hair dryer,tv did not work in sitting area, molding above the door ripped off, air conditioning noisey soud like a semi running. $163.15 total, not worth $10.00! Pray my review keeps poeple away. I'm notiring the county health department to inspect. Outside BBQ grills have not been cleaned in two years or more.|One finale thing when you check in they say any damage you will be charge for it. TAKE PICTURES for your pertection, as we did for ours!

Room was nasty dirty dishes in the dishwasher bathroom not clean curtains was hung up with duck tape and shower rods. Mold and debris on shower curtain. The master bedroom bed was a mattress that you folded into because it was all foam on top of an extremely old mattress. The refrigerator was nasty from last guest and the ice maker looked as if someone was cooking noodles in it. This place should be closed down none of the things they advertise do they actually have. I was so disappointed with the black smoke on the walls near the vents. When I checked in I had to go down to get cleaning supplies to clean my own room. Just to find out that they don’t have a housekeeping staff after I ask for service. The owners doesn’t seem to care enough about this beautiful peace of land to keep this pla

Positive: "" Negative: They put us in a room with no A/C on a 85 degree day. There was a loud steel fan on the floor running since no AC, musty smelling, and many plugin air fresheners in the hallway to mask the smell. overbooked the hotel. We made a reservation months ago

Love the layout of the room, cute little kitchen almost like a miniature apartment. Room was dirty and definitely needs someone to maintenance the place.
