Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mankato Hotel and Conference Center, MN

Was there for a conference. Booked a room for one of the nights. The room was approx 600 Sq ft. With a pull out couch in room should it be needed. I didn't. Was a comfortable king bed. Price point was on par. It was clean. While not a 7 star, it was a solid 4 plus star. I did hear conversation from somewhere nearby until 1:30am. I'm faitly certain they were guests. In order to avoid that, I'd recommend a headset or noise canceling ear buds. Conference area is a bit outdated but certainly nice enough. The attached bar and grill was well run and complementary feature.

Brought our family there as a place to gather from all across the midwest. The staff was so friendly they even took out family picture! With a great restaurant attached no one had to cook and pizza's (wood fired yum) were so hot when we got them we needed to let them cool down. The bar with all their TV's was a great place to watch the gopher game. Highly recommend for your next gathering.

The staff that I dealt with were all friendly, the room I was decient and clean, coffee pots definitely need to be replaced. There's a button to keep the fan on in the room constantly which for me is a huge win!! Outdated hotel but nice over all. There's a restaurant attached so convenient

Tried to change a non-refundable reservation since the winter storm has canceled all flights and we couldn't get there. Talking to the hotel rep, they did not care at all. Called choice corporate and the were at least nice and understanding, calling the hotel on my behalf. After I was on hold they were telling that the hotel rep just argued with them as well and then hung up. It is a shame. $800 out of the window because of weather. I have changed non refundable reservation many time with IHG or Hilton. Not just about the money, the response at the service desk was shockingly cold!

Location was perfect, clean room, loved the restaurant, friendly staff. Furnishings in the room were dated and worn. The ceiling in the shower had paint peeling. The timer for the jacuzzi made no sense... it should have been placed near the tub not having to get out every time. It was obviously an older hotel. Needs some updating.
