I travel constantly for business, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I have ever had in Minnesota. From the moment I arrived, Besa at the front desk set the tone with warm, flawless customer service. Kayla at the bistro continued that excellence—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in creating a great guest experience. Emma at the event center was equally outstanding, making my on-site training for a local company smooth, professional, and incredibly well supported.||The entire stay was seamless. We had our wedding here and had a great experience! The staff who assisted us with planning were organized and helpful, and the staff who helped us with setting up and making sure the day ran smoothly were absolutely amazing! Our guests loved the food and it was an overall great venue for both our ceremony and reception!

I spent a couple nights at this location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The overall appearance and upkeep of the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location to the mall (walkable) was great. The outdoor seating area was a nice plus.

Overall one of the nicer hotels in the area. They have nice bar tenders, friendly staff, and the housekeepers seem to do a good job.||I did have a run in to a very confused little buddy that I named Jared the roach. He was an unwelcome sight in the morning running in circles like I have this week. Anyways he disappeared into some crevice and I haven’t seen him again.||Overall they may have a roach problem that they need to take care of but the employees and friendly and helpful.
