If I could give this place a zero star rating I would I don't even know where to begin if they had negative star rating this place would get a 10... please do not waste your time or your money renting any units from these people.. stayed there for over a year renting a unit. The property owner does not and will not fix anything this place should be condemned and every unit out there needs to be torn down. Every unit out there has some type of plumbing issue if it's not due to water leaking or septic the water coming from the well is absolutely rancid and yellow my 7-year-old was on their Dock and fell through the dock and they have yet to do anything to replace any docks out there and if you have children do not go the people managing the place is a joke no grown man should be walking arou

Since this place was taken over by the new owners about 4yrs ago the grass doesn’t get mowed very often, some places it’s up to past your knees. The trash along the road and property seldom gets picked up, the rentals that received damage to the outside from the last hurricane has never been repaired. When the previous owner had it tenants were required to keep the outside picked up, no wrecked or broke down vehicles, tires, yard trash etc. The rentals were pressure washed and the common areas were kept clean, mowed, and supplied with trash bags and receptacles to pick up dog crap and dispose of it. The laundry room is unkept, machines are dirty and the bathhouse isn’t cleaned or at least it wasn’t a few months ago. A new manager has moved in so maybe things will improve but a lot of the p

I live here and it's beautiful I couldn't tell you about renting anything but I do know that we have seasonals that come down and stay for a couple weeks at a time they seem to enjoy it we're mostly seniors very quiet we're right on the river we have one store it's quarter mile away

I found this place when visiting with friends that came down to visit. I really liked the grounds and seating area near the water.

I like water and docks, like going fishing. I like that there's no stinky smell on the fresh water.
