Ritz Inn Niagara

Stayed at this location about 10 times in the past 2 months. Everything seemed fine the first month, after that an absolute disaster. Ritz Inn started charging my credit card on a weekly basis when I was not even there and was told it was a mistake. My question was why was my credit card left on file and charged and they had NO ANSWERS. Secondly after this incident when I decided to stay again I was triple charged for the amount in one night of staying there. When I discovered that a couple of weeks later I confronted them again and once told yet again it was a mistake. They wanted me to drive 3 hours to come back to pick up the money they owed me and it took me 1 month to get back. In the mean time one of their stupid female employees contacted me and admitted that it was her mistake ove

DO NOT STAY at this hotel. Disgusting filthy. Bodily fluids and feces stains all over. We could not stay. Yet they refused ti refund the room.

Positive: Customer services of staff were professional and their hospitality and cooperation were praise-worthy. Negative: Some electric plugs were non-functional.

I was at this location recently and I am going to be bluntly honest. Unless you dont mind slamming doors throughout the night and people hanging around outside all night talking very loudly, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Expedia tried to contact them to get my money back as I got a maximum 1 hour 30 mins sleep all night cause people were slamming doors all hours the night and sitting on the front porches all hours the night outside talking loudly. There were cigarette burns in the bed sheets, the bathroom had a window that had no privacy on it, if you were outside the bathroom you could see who ever was in the shower or on the toilet easily. The only positive was the nice woman working the counter. Other than that not worth even 100.00 a night 30.00 for a pet 10.00 parking 46.00 total 150.00 s

Stayed at Ritz Inn a few times, every single time the employee double charged me. When I found out I contacted the manager he told me the girl doesn't work there anymore and there's nothing he can do. Now I'm down $200 due to an employee who got fired and I've been told to contact them back in 3 months to see if they can refund my money. Don't recommend paying a deposit with credit or debit because they will save your information and misuse it. Dont recommend this place at all.
