Rio Guadalupe Resort

This park is beautiful. Many cabins for rent. Numerous RV spots. We stayed in RV spot A-19. Nice pull in spot. Great shade. Many spots have nice amounts of shade. Several dumpsters around in easy to access locations. The pool area was nice and clean. The tube rental process seems slow, but not an issue. Extremely polite workers. The river location is just beautiful. Great area to float. The store has a small variety of items for shopping, plenty of room to add more. All employees were Extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

We held our annual company float trip at Rio Guadalupe Resort. The staff was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the day! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a beautiful and fun day at the river!

We booked this campground for a special birthday week getaway with my family, hoping for a peaceful, relaxing time in nature — but it turned out to be one of the worst camping experiences we’ve had.||||Loud music started blaring as early as 7:00 AM and continued late into the evening. There was no break from the noise — it felt like we were stuck in the middle of a nonstop party, not a campground. On top of that, the campground was lit up with harsh RV floodlights all night long, making it impossible to enjoy the stars or feel any sense of calm.||||The cabins were another issue — car alarms went off every five minutes for nearly an hour, adding to the chaos.||||At times there was loose, unsupervised pets wandered the grounds.||||This was supposed to be a memorable birthday week for our fam

We had an amazing stay at Rio Guadalupe Resort and will absolutely be back! The views alone are worth the trip, stunning riverfront scenery with giant cypress trees and peaceful water made it feel like a true escape. Our cabin was spotless, cozy, and well-kept. You can tell they take real pride in maintaining the property. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Whether it was helping us get situated or giving us local tips, everyone we met went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We had an amazing stay at Rio Guadalupe Resort! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the Guadalupe River with beautiful views and easy access to tubing and fishing. The cabins were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer local tips or assist with anything we needed. We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!
