Reunion Resort & Golf Club

Great trip, lots of amenities for families. Villa had a ton of space for our family of four

The service provided was the worst I have experienced in over 3 dozen trips to resorts in my life. My group of 16 guys had gone to Reunion for a week long trip for 4 years in a row-- generating $45K of revenue to the resort each year. I had over 15 emails to my golf concierge/booking contact that went unanswered over a period of 6 months. They had mistakes I had to solve on my own or push them to correct ...like failing to provide any golf on one of the days. At one point I was told we were locked in at Championsgate-- only to discover when I called the course 2 weeks prior to the trip that they never heard of my group. We were promised transportation to a substitute course 50 minutes away, but in the end we had to rent vehicles b/c Reunion never confirmed nor replied to 3 request

Ah yes. Being informed one week before arrival that the water park would be closed - despite this being scheduled maintenance - is certainly… a choice. For a resort that heavily markets its water park as a main attraction, it feels reasonable to expect that guests might be told AT THE TIME of booking if said attraction will not, in fact, exist during their stay. Crazy idea, right?!? When a main amenity is unavailable due to planned maintenance, transparency upfront - or idk perhaps a discounted rate - would make sense, wouldn’t it? Charging full price while removing a main feature is giving strong “buy the ticket, find out later” energy. Imagine a theme park charging full admission but casually mentioning after the fact that half the rides are closed. Same vibe. This isn’t a minor inconven

Plenty of space to accommodate our family of four plus grandparents for the most magical Disney vacation. Close proximity to all the parks, with plenty of on-resort amenities for our off days. On site shuttle was an added bonus for easy access to various pools. Would absolutely stay again!

We love this resort! Beautiful grounds, spacious 3bd/3bath condo units, and activities for everyone! Has a great water park w/kid play area, lazy river, water slide. Another pool area has ping pong, hot tubs, large pool and gym. Small pocket parks w/play grounds and more private pools in various sections. Very nice golf course, 2 clubhouses, also pickle ball and mini golf available. Sushi bar in the main building is excellent, as is the fine dining restaurant in the same building for special occaisions. The bar & lounge called Eleven offers fun music, cocktails, and appetizers for some nightlife.
