Customer service was by far the worst because everyone isn't on the same page. I had three people tell me three different stories. and the manager Matthew lied about protocol and once I caught him in a lie he decided to be helpful which wasn't helpful. Also I called about my second wave of advertising and told the lady to drop my price from 1800 to under $1,000 so that it can get sold faster and instead of following orders/directions she sets my price at 2k SMH (great job listening) and that was said at 2K for 90 days which is probably why it didn't get sold and why I wasted another 90 days. The services here suck the communication here suck and the whole business needs to be redone because you're talking up a good game and you're taking people's hard earned money for months at a time. 😡

Was an awesome experience except the previous reviews had us scared. It was a few broken chairs and people are nasty because the beds weren't covered properly so had blood stains on the mattress. Also we did see a few roaches but they had someone come out. It was a great property and the kids enjoyed going to the bigger pool but not everything was open. Would definitely do this again but will pay more attention to the reviews.

Very nice would recommend for large families. We had 7 in our group and their was the perfect amount for room in the 2 bedroom suite.

Although the rooms are very old and I have some notes on the level of cleanliness, but the feeling of comfort in this place so overwhelmed me, because of that; I stayed for three months and the staff is very wonderful in dealing with guests, I highly recommend it if you want to visit Kissimmee or Disneyland. Fully safe place.

Very nice vacation villas at Legacy Vacation club. Nicely furnished and the grounds we're very clean. The first unit was connected to a family with small children which turned out to be quite noisy. We were moved to a single family townhome after I alerted the from desk. The stay was perfect from that point on. The rates were very affordable and the resore fee was only 3.99 per day! I'll definitely return on our next Orlando trip.
