Resort at Heritage Park

Cheap but dont go around back. Cars with broken windows. Hallways smelled like urine. Long term renters hanging out smoking dope. Room was pretty clean but rundown. The phone in the room did not work because it didnt even have a cord to plug it into the wall. I would not feel safe here if I was not a single guy who was armed. Would not want my family staying here. Worst of all, I had to take a room temp shower. Hot water does not work in the morning. Late at night it was OK but not in the morning.

The owner & staff at Heritage Park Inn in Kissimmee is OUTSTANDING. There is NO COMPARISON to the level of PERSONAL, SERVICE-ORIENTED QUALITY people & service found at HERITAGE PARK INN in KISSIMMEE. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Hands down, they are the most considerate and accommodating individuals I've ever stayed with, bar-none. BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA. 100% satisfaction & appreciation! Special Thanks to NADIA, VINNY, & TONE!

Found cockroaches in our rooms 2/3 rooms we booked. Left after the first night. Owner was very dismissive & ignored us. He did not care. Would never stay here again.

Room is comfortable and roomy. The Inn is in the process of renovations and what has been redone is very up to date. Beds are perfect and room is clean. We stayed at the last minute, during Hurricane Michael, so unfortunately breakfast was limited. Everyone at the Inn is very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a joke. The front desk lady said that they don’t clean the room everyday only every three days because the hotel policy is that they don’t go inside the rooms when there’s nobody in the room. They don’t want anything go missing. There’s no microwave or coffee maker like they advertise in their webpage. Most of their rooms are empty and some are not even finished. The hot water takes too long to come out. There’s no 24 hrs service like their website states. The office is not open 24hrs. So if you get there after 12:00 am you don’t get a room. There’s nowhere in their website that states that they close the front desk at a certain hour. We stayed here because what the reviews state and their website. But it’s definitely deceiving and a lie. First and last time we stay there.
