Residences at Daniel Webster

I have lived here since September and will until at least the next September. Any issue I have had has been fixed within 24 hours. It is very quiet here, even over new years. People leave you alone, but I haven't had a bad interaction with anyone. There are plenty of laundry rooms, and there are fire pits and chairs, also propane and coal set ups for grilling outside. It's a good place to stay short or long term!

Positive: The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked well and was in good shape. The price was very good for the quality of the room. The staff was very helpful. Negative: The accessibility of the room was poor. None of the rooms could be reached from an elevator. The walkway was steep and in bad shape. Most of the trail had no handrails. Even first floor rooms required climbing down stairs. Not good for 75 year olds.

My daughter and I needed a furnished place to live during an uncertain time when we were pursuing medical answers. Our main residence is overseas on a military installation, so we were coming with just the clothes on our back. From the minute I interacted with the folks at Residences at Daniel Webster to the time of move-out 5 months later, we were impressed by the professionalism, attentive responses to questions, and overall condition and location of the apartments. It was the perfect solution at an uncertain time, and when I gave them enough notice about extensions, they were very flexible. Mail delivery/receiving is smooth. And it's an excellent location to many highways in Merrimack. I would 100% stay there again!

Without going into too much detail, this place kept a roof over my families head when we were in a very tough position during a very tough year. At the writing of this review we have been here for 7 months as an extended stay rental. The front office and everyone who has worked there have been amazing. I’ve never had a package or mail get mishandled. The grounds stay clean, and the matinence crew do great during snow storms. The fireplace has been a shining star for my family. If we’ve ever had an issue with appliances or the heat it has been addressed within a day. The location is great as well, it’s between two major cities as well as close to the highway so we have plenty of options for take out and entertainment. We’re very thankful we came across them when we did.

We moved out of this place in Dec 2025 and still have not received our security deposit. We just filed a lawsuit for our deposit. My lawyers did a research on this company. It was not pleasant 😕 when it come to the company's financial information. We called at least 60 times to speak to Mitch. Mitch hides behind the scenes and never want to get on the phone or talk to residents. How can the General Manager not want to greet and meet guests. Most of the staff was very nice one was nasty & rude i believe she was manager. I will not blame the rest of those young ladies for their leadership failures. Our car was hit in the parking lot.
