Extended Stay America Suites- Nashua - Merrimack

Top choice when you need a stay. The hotel rating is not meaningful for this non-conventional hotel. I have been here many times over many years. The people/staff/neighbors are the best that money can't buy. This is not a traditional hotel, and I bring my own sheets and towel. It should not be treated like a traditional hotel. Everything is very clean and neat and pleasant. The heater is very quiet/energy-saving in a high efficiency insulation room. It is like buying a Toyota car, totally reliable/tidy and nothing to worry about on your mind. I bring my own earplugs because it faces the highway.

Staff overall are very kind and respectful. They are very helpful and kind onsite with all different variety of needs and try their best with what they have at hand to work with. They are helpful and accommodating especially when it comes to accessibility. If someone needs an accommodation or just a bit of help they truly care do what they can to help. Accommodations with accessibility needs and especially helpful during a stay from front desk staff, house keeping and maintenance is respected and they communicate well. I think that is what makes this location and staff that you see on a daily basis. They are friendly, kind and helpful to needs with what they have to work with on site. Positive: It was available lastMinute Negative: The hotel looked great from outside but inside it was dirty. The chairs in the lobby were disgusting and the room was exactly the same. All of fhe soft surfaces were stained and ripped. Towels stained. Dirt everywhere dirt on bathroom floor. Hair in bed.

Bed bugs first night. Last time in that hotel. Cleaning was not done in the rooms. Photos tell it all. Under the bed full of food and god knows what. I don’t recommend this hotel. Pay a bit more. There are nicer and cleaner ones not too far from this one.

So far I have zero complaints- I have truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel to date. I am here on a work assignment and the room is clean and cozy - the full sized kitchen is a plus. If i had one thing to say, which by no means is a complaint or should reflect bad towards the staff as this is out of their control.. was that I did have brief issues with the Wifi at some point which was not allowing me to work, but that has since been taken care of since i have yet to experience any more issues related to the Wifi. One thing I have to say is that the staff are ALL very friendly and have made our stay here even more pleasant. You can tell when a hotel is well managed since it shows throughout the staff.
