Quality Inn Merrimack - Nashua

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast with hot and cold options. Could use one more chair and night stand in the room, otherwise was a nice place. Also had snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby.

From making a reservation to checking-in, our experience at this hotel went very smoothly. Our room as well as common rooms were spotless. It looked like the room and bathroom were recently renovated. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Another plus was the free breakfast which included coffee, available 24/7, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, choice of cereals and juices. Good value.

My son and I stayed in a 2 queens bedroom for 3 nights. The beds are very comfortable and the room is spacious and clean. There is a small microwave in the room but no safe. The front desk employees are nice and helpful. The location is very quiet and convenient. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. A $100 deposit is required upon check in for potential damages of the room but will be refunded when check out. I will definitely stay again when I am in Nashua next time.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. I had made our reservation using a third party app and in the process my specification for an accessible room was lost. Upon realizing that my husband’s health required an accessible room and we could only stay if we could have a first floor room, the staff was quick to make that happen. I am so grateful for their prompt service!!

Hotel was in good shape and room was clean. I was on the first floor Rm 105. The bed frame was noisy when I changed sleeping position. When the people upstairs moved around it was loud on the first floor. Also my room was joined to the one next door and it was load when they watched TV. While I greatly appreciated how nice the front desk people were I think the loudness would encourage me to try some other hotel next time I am in the area that maybe quieter.
