From checking in, to making sure that EVERY amenity was granted, Maya saw to it that our stay was memorable! She went above and beyond, and did so with the most amazing energy. The rooms were clean, and the lifeguard was awesome as well, armed with the patience of Job! Nicole was a charm too, ensuring that everything we needed at breakfast was covered! I highly recommend this location! I’ll absolutely book a room here again!

Positive: Night front desk person was great. Got us a fan to use in the room. Negative: Room was 85 degrees. Staff inept and not friendly.

Saw a roach in the bathroom, so we checked out. I had to ask the young lady at the front desk to call the manager, Jeremy, back downstairs after he decided to flee the office once the matter was brought to his attention. First response of the young lady and head of housekeeping when I asked for the manager was to make excuses for his absence and non-responsiveness. They were quite resistant to being helpful. Told me to email the manager in the morning. I had to be persistent. Manager eventually came back and took the charge off the bill. Braved the winter snowstorm for alternative lodging rather than stay in a nasty hotel. Definitely expect more from Marriott.

We had an amazing family staycation at the Marriott Yonkers, Westchester. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway close to home. The indoor pool was the highlight for our family — kid-friendly, warm, and a great way to spend quality time together. They also provide life vests and a life guard on duty. The overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, making it easy for both kids and parents to unwind. A great option for families looking for a simple, stress-free staycation in Westchester!

The hotrl is nice. Great atmosphere and friendly staff! We spent 4 days here and it was super. We had some issues with the electronic keys, we had to change them mostly everyday ( we weren't keeping them near the phones ). The breakfast was okay, but food was finishing quite fast and the replacement would take time, so all of the sudden you would find your self in a line. The time for breakfast is too short! Should have it until 11 am at latest, like in almost all hotels I've been. The rooms are very nice and clean and well furnished, but the bedding for the sofabed were dirty! Little details make the difference!
