Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers

It's at least a place to stay and has things around for food and parks, has good breakfast that every hilton has complimentary. Staff was very friendly and informative. It's close to the train station, like a $8-10 uber ride, but room was a little dirty housekeeping wise (mainly in the bathroom and carpets) and the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor weren't working.

The pool was out of order, the ice machine on floor 3 didn't work, the shuttle didn't run. The iron in my room was broken and kept losing heat. The water pressure was horrible. Im not sure way I should pay full price for a hotel where I couldn't use half the amenities. You give paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast. Its horrendous. The only eason Im giving a star is because the mattress was good. There isnt even any tea in the room. Only coffee. Also no bottle water. All these are standard for the price range they are charging. There are many other hotel in the area. I wont be staying here again. And we'll be back in the area because we have family in Yonkers. After our room was serviced we had to ask for toilet paper. Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast food was good overall (waffles are the best but egg and cheese omelets were tasty). There are a few signs of wear but that is to be expected for how busy it is. But it was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. Would stay there again and recommend

Booked a one night stay. Using my Hilton quarterly credits before I lose them. Girl at checking was very nice and even asked what floor I would like to stay on and if I wanted one or two bottles of water. (I'm a Gold member). Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. Shower door wouldn't stay closed so I proped it with a wash towel. Diamond members get priority parking and place seems to be well run. I would definitely stay here again to use my quarterly Hilton credits!
