Residence Inn by Marriott New Bedford Dartmouth

We got a two bedroom suite for ourselves and our cats for the Blizzard of 26 and we're so glad we chose this place. First and foremost , the staff — including management, front desk, housekeeping, facilities, and breakfast — were all phenomenal. Many of them stayed on site throughout the storm, so (it feels selfish to even say this) there was *zero* disruption in our services. And they were about to give us a discount for staying longer than we'd planned. Everyone was so kind and went out of their ways to help! The space was perfect for our needs — two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, and a common living room and kitchen. We had our own thermostat for a strong heater in the unit. The kitchen was great! A full stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, and plenty of dishes

I stayed here the previous year on my annual visit to my home city of New Bedford, and I loved it so much; that me and my three rabbits stayed here again! The first thing we saw; were two wild rabbits outside, as if they were waiting to greet us. It is centrally located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and the major highways and interstate. And of course; the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable; with Nellie heading a wonderful staff including Andrew, Wayne, Sandra, Jillian, Jadin, Sophia, Carrie, and my apologies to anyone whom I failed to mention, or misspelled their names. There is also a wonderful daily breakfast buffet, a pool, and laundry facilities. We look forward to our visit next year, and I give it a top rating of two rabbit ears up!!|( (|( -.-)|o_(“)(“)

This hotel was perfect. Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 baths. There was plenty of room for us all, and everything was very clean. Rooms had new beds, including linens and pillows which were excellent quality. Bathrooms were updated, and had the sink/counter outside of the toilet and shower space, which works well when someone wants to get ready for an event. We were all really happy with this Marriott. Highly recommend these suites for accommodations for a family!

Nelly was amazing! With the snow storm I can only IMAGINE all hotels have been overwhelmed. But we had an issue with booking with booking.com. And Nelly was amazing! This woman went over any BEYOND! She put us in a room (upgraded then what we had reserved) for our inconvenience, her costumer service was top tier! Very rarely now a days do u find someone with such great costumer service she was just amazing! I can’t say enough great things! Thank you Nelly!!!

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. The suite I had was equipped with a full kitchen, which was a huge plus for me, my wife and 3 children. We enjoyed free breakfast buffet with the convenient location, close to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I'd highly recommend the Residence Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Five stars!
