Capri motel

So the whole hotel is empty and I get a room way in the back and think that it ought to be nice and quiet for the night. Nope. A couple pulls up and gets placed in the room right next to mine. I was kept awake by the sound of their bed banging against my wall all night. Terrible way to manage a motel and keep customers happy. I'll just stay somewhere else next time.

We had a room with a king bed a TV a small refrigerator and a bathroom with no tub. Thank God for air conditioning it looked like it was fairly new and it worked. Also I smelled the sheets and the comforter on top which is very thin and the pillows which all smelled fresh. Otherwise I would have walked out! The customer service here sucks! I'll be honest when we checked in it was like checking in with the robot.. it's owned by people that don't seem to speak English well or have learned anything about service. If you were just staying for one night it's not a big deal but that's all I would give it. The bed was okay but it wouldn't be too comfortable if you were staying for another night. You get what you pay for!! There wasn't even a hair dryer or an alarm clock nor a microwave.

This place was extremely disappointing. The bathroom had no door, which meant zero privacy. The whole room smelled bad, and to make matters worse, I found a bug in the tub. The bedding was also unacceptable — tiny flat pillows and no blankets provided at all. Between the bad smell, lack of privacy, and uncomfortable sleeping setup, this stay was not worth it. Would not recommend.

Sketchy place, a man went missing and they literally had his cell phone in the bag at the front desk. They probably got serial killers that check in low key, targeting people who are unsuspecting like the cab driver. Someone can be hollering and screaming the next room over the hotel does nothing. DO NOT GO.

They are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional at the front desk especially the manager Ana and the other lady The cleaning ladies don't speak English and are extremely rude and unprofessional Horrible customer service The TV was broke in one room ànd she wouldn't put me in another room with other rooms available Ana The sheets and towels are white and are not washed properly I have pictures of the dirty towels and sheets I waited 5 days for clean towels no clean towels are available for me and other guests We get yelled at if we ask for clean towels or they don't have any The manager Ana told me numerous times the towels were locked up in the room I just got a couple towels they are gross and dirty all stained They looked horrendous I wish I could
