Baymont by Wyndham-North Dartmouth

Positive: Location Negative: You rewards program told me one thing and then didn't give me the rewards because they said it was booked through a third-party. I've been at the hotel since December 6 and they robbed from me a four night stay and a five night stay.

So My family lives in acushnet, so I have stayed in this area many times & prob all the hotels, & Baymont is def my favorite! From walking in its clean, to the staff Yesh, Anthony or Joy are nice, friendly & helpful. To the rooms are exactly what you see. They are clean, the beds OMG sooo comfy! Housekeeping is great anything I asked for from basic towels, to a longer stay n asked for them to come in vacuum etc... the breakfast has a variety which is helpful. So from someone who has traveled bc family is in 4 different states take my word for it... This hotel is a great choice.

Hello Everyone, I would like to take some time here to comment on my stay and experience here at the Baymont by Wyndham in N. Dartmouth, Ma. First off I would like to say that the staff are absolutely "First Class". Anthony and Joy have been "courteous, kind, and as professional as can be. I have been staying here on and off since October and I have never met two nicer people than these two. They practically go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. I honestly can't think of anything they haven't done for me to ensure great hospitality and a wonderful stay.Whenever I make my reservation, they always have everything ready and in tip top condition when I arrive. I have reached out to Wyndham and Splitty (the third party which I paid for this vacation) and have had no responses from anyone. ||I would only ever stay here again if I was homeless and it was free. ||I arrived on August 10th early and waited in the lobby to check in. I had my service dog with me and we were just relaxing until check in at 3pm. The front desk manager (a man) said he could check me in early and would waive the fee. I didn’t mind waiting, but appreciated the kindness. ||I got into the room and it smelled strongly of some kind of essential oils, maybe rosemary? I guess someone smoked cigs in the room beforehand and they were trying to cover it. ||The wooden door to get to the fridge was broken, the fridge and freezer were disgustingly dirty, a dead ant under one of the shee

***Superior service*** I had an issue with my reservation due to Expedia. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms but only 1 had been confirmed with the hotel. It was 100% an Expedia error. The hotel staff, specifically Joy, Anthony and Tash, provided outstanding service. They were patient and didn't get flustered even when I did. By the time Expedia got their mistake figured out there were not any rooms left that matched my original request but this trio made it work. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the noise level in the rooms
