Best Western Dartmouth-New Bedford

This hotel has top notch service. Its like they care about every aspect of your stay. I have not gotten this good of a service since precovid times. They cleaned room everyday asked if we need anything extra. Everything was clean pool was refreshing, even had a lifeguard on duty 🤯. Breakfast was wonderful. A+ +

Receptionist very nice ...rooms alright ...went to breakfast in the morning and there was no food ...lady working that area asked us if we wanted French toast and that's it ..so we had no breakfast and it was 845 a.m.

Positive: Room was big enough and clean! Free breakfast! Negative: It was difficult to find it. There were no stores you could walk to from the hotel.

Under no circumstances would I stay here. Found our mattresses soiled with blood in multiple locations. I walked down to talk the manager and she said she would make sure to note this to her supervisor. She did nothing to try to remedy the situation. The place smells like smoke and cheap cleaning products and while we were checking in a cockroach slowly walked across the floor.

Stayed here for 3 nights and everything was great. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, large clean room (front desk called about 10 minutes after we checked in to be sure we were happy with the room). Breakfast was good with lots of choices of hot and cold items, and the attendant kept everything clean and well stocked. She even asked another guest who came in close to the end of serving hours what she wanted from hot foods. Most other places I've stayed would have let that guest make-do with whatever was still out. I'd definitely stay here again.
