My mom used this place before and said it was great. Well listen to your mom's, she is always right. Staff was professional and communication was on point all the way to arrival. Rooms are spotless and had an mini "apartment feel". The area is busy but that just means there is a lot to do instead of staying in your room. If you're looking for something comfortable, clean and close to amenities, check it out.

One of the Worst Stays I’ve Ever Had at a Marriott Property I am honestly shocked that this is a Marriott property. My stay at the Miami South Beach location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. 1. Poor Service & Unresponsive Staff The staff seemed completely indifferent. Basic requests took forever, and several times I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for help. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or urgency. 2. Dirty & Poorly Maintained Rooms The room was nowhere close to Marriott standards. Stains on the carpet, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in ages. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. 3. Noisy, Chaotic, and Zero Comfort Walls are paper-thin—you hear everything. Loud guests in hallways

This hotel is terrible. The rooms are dirty, the staff is very unhelpful, and there is nothing near the hotel. When we asked for bedding for the pull out sofa, they only brought sheets. And when I asked for a blanket and pillow, the helper just said: "I don't speak English," and walked away talking on his phone to someone. He didn't even try to help; just walked away. You can get a much better hotel for the same price, and closer to the beach.

Mixed opinions about the hotel. While front desk staff and the location/first look of the hotel were great, I think the rest of the details are not alligned with the Marriott standard. First of all, we booked a room for 5 people. The room was prepared for max 3, so we had to go and get extra towels and bedsheets for a sofa bed as they were missing. The bedsheets were stained (clearly washed but old), not ironed at all. Some that were laid on our beds looked very bad, dark stains of unknown source. Not sure how the housekeepers were OK with putting that on the bed. For the price we paid for our stay, we expected minimum clean bedsheets. We asked for extra bedsheets to change it ourselves as 5/6 pillows were with some sort of yellow stain and one looked like a blood stain from a nose bleed,
